Francesca Rudé

Francesca Rudé served as the Consumer Affairs Manager at Hewlett Packard where she oversaw resolution of cases from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Attorney Geeral, Small Claims and the handling of other high profile escalations directed to the CEO.  Francesca joined HP 34 years ago and her career spanned many service oriented capacties including Customer Feedback Program Manager, Human Resources, and Quality.
